These are the kinds of great things that happen when one decides to stay up late.

Hot day at the Beach

We spent Sunday at the beach. It was a hot and busy day at 27 d celsius. We played frisbee, swam, went for a walk (where we spotted the butterfly) and drank loads of water.

dog allergies

We recently discovered that Olive has allergies. We found her like this late at night on Thursday. We had to take her to the emergency pet clinic for an antihistamine.
She's better now.

Summer Days

Ah, Just a few of the things we've been doing this summer.

Less than a week away, and boy am I ready to escape the white, cold, alberta winter.

Normal

"Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it."

I found this quote today, not sure who said it though, it does however hit the nail on the head.
Good thing it's the holidays. Time to stay home in my usually vacant home.
