I've discovered a new artist Amy Winehouse, who I enjoy. Also I discovered that she's going to be at Coachella on Friday.

GRADSHOW 2007

Exciting News. This week is my final week of the Design Program at Grant MacEwan College and to celebrate our three years of hard work, the students are having a grad show. A kind of show and tell. I was up late last night designing a little mini calender of our week. I started out really gun ho but slowly started to get sleepy. You probably can't tell from the picture but that girl in the bathing suit on May 2 is me. I edited my head onto a cute bathing suit.

I ALWAYS REALLY LOVE...

...the opening credits of movies. That is if they're good. I recently discovered a site that collects them.

I really love this site by KEVIN CORNELL called BEARSKINRUG It's updated often and always makes me laugh. He's a clever guy that Kevin.

LEARNING TO SEW

Right now I have this goal. I'm going to sew. Not just get the machine to work. I actually want to create something of quality and from a pattern. I want to make a design choice and understand how I did. All of this hopefully will start with the new book I'm reading. SEW U. I am very excited.
