Sewing Class Update

I'm loving Monday night sewing class. We're a small group of 5 plus our lovely teacher Linda. So far I've learned:
- How to pick a pattern and find the proper fabric and notions needed
- Cut my size from the pattern
- Pin and cut the pattern in my desired fabric
- Constantly refer to the instructions to properly assemble the garment

Sounds easy huh...

I'm known as the renegade sewer of the group – always trying to stray from the instructions and try new things. Linda tells me to learn to do it right first and then I can break the rules. Fine.
